We are conveniently located in 42 State Street, North Haven, Connecticut — minutes away from both the Merritt Parkway Route 15 or Route 91. Our building and sign (pictured here) can easily be seen from the road. There is ample and free parking on site, both in front and in back of the building.

From the minute you walk into our inviting and relaxing waiting area, it is easily to tell that Core Fitness offers an invigorating, professionally managed, and clean facility. In addition to our fitness area, we provide private rooms in the back of the facility for massage therapy, private showering, and dressing, in addition to our traditional patron restrooms.
