Monday Night Boot Camp

Come sweat it out for 50 minutes with Angela! This class provides high intensity group workouts to those looking to step it up! No more than 10 attendees allows for Angela to keep a close eye on form and ability of each person in the class. Modifications are available for those who need them, allowing for growth and progression throughout the weeks!
